What are your shipping costs?

We offer different rates of shipping depending on package size and destination.

 

COVID-19 NOTICE

Depending on the COVID19 pandemic situation in your country and airlines activity, please be aware that a delay in package arrival due to Covid-19 is possible.

 

Order Processing

As soon as you place your order we start processing it and it takes between 1 to 5 business days for your item to ship, with the following exception: If an item in your order qualifies as 'made-to-order' processing and production could take up to 10 business days. Once an item in your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

 

Delivery

Please be aware that shipping times can vary and we are unable to give precise delivery estimates due to deliveries being affected by many factors: destination country, national holidays, weather, customs clearance, pandemics and other unprecedented situations

 

Purchase Protection

If an item you ordered gets delayed in transit by logistics and doesn't arrive within 60 days from the date it has been shipped out with tracking number - you are eligible to receive a refund on that item - contact us at honeyandspitfashion@gmail.com with your order number if you haven't received your package in 60 days from the date it has been shipped out.

 

Import Duty Tax 
Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply to your package. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country and are set by the shipping destination country and therefore may vary from country to country.
The buyer is responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. We are not responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed.

 

Tracking shows package as "Delivered" but I never got it

In the rare and unfortunately event of your package getting lost, missing or stolen when tracking shows that your package has been "Delivered", we unfortunately cannot supply you with a refund or offer you a replacement, so please keep an eye on your mailman when delivery date is close and contact your local post office/shipping provider for assistance in case your package goes missing.

 

Do you offer Express Shipping?

We currently don't offer an Express Shipping option.

 

Where do you ship from?

We are located in Germany and ship out orders directly from our company address. 

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping at the moment.
